The Concept
Lupa Osteria is an Italian eatery that prides itself on being your “Rome away from home”. With this in mind, we focused on Osteria design triggers, making a pizza oven and a dedicated pasta zone the hero of each space. The pasta zone is always in full view of the patrons to showcase how fresh pasta is made daily and to add a sense of theatre to the dining experience. Each site has its own bespoke design that takes into consideration the location and setting, but every Lupa Osteria clearly celebrates the experience the brand serves.
